At around 3:15 pm, when I arrived in Barcelona, Placa de Catalunya was like an anthill. So, I confirm what is being said about the nightlife in Barcelona: it starts around 02:00 and ends at sunrise.
I really liked the small, winding streets between the Ramblas. So much so that I enjoyed wandering through them dozens of times. Port Vell is fascinating. Hundreds of tourists follow Christopher Columbus’ advice every day: “To the sea!” He is enthroned somewhere above the harbor, proudly pointing the way to the unknown. A few sleepy tourists by the sea, reminds me of the 3 hours I slept in the port of Piraeus in Athens.
Sagrada Familia didn’t impress me so much. Maybe it will impress me in 2020, when it will be ready. Park Guell is a very quiet place. You can admire the panoramic image of the city while the violin chords delight your hearing and of course you breathe fresh air.
On the first day I checked: La Rambla, Placa de Catalunya, La Boqueria, Port Vell, Hospital de la Santa Creu and Sant Pau, Arc de Triomf, Sagrada Familia – only on the outside at the moment, Parc Guell, Casa Pedrera / Mila and Bari Gothic . I also have to see the Aquarium, Montjuic, Beach, MNAC, Placa d ‘Espanya, Casa Batllo, CosmoCaixa, maybe Camp Nou and Sagrada Familia inside.
I’m thinking … I have 5 more days to stay in Barcelona. Will I get bored?
Foarte tari imaginile!Calitate!Culorile au ieshit bestial!
Bun asa! Keep having fun… 😀 De plictisit n-ai cum sa te plictisesti, mai ales daca ajungi cumva si-n Tarragona…
Ce obiective ai la tine, de curiozitate?
@Viorel. In Tarragona planuiesc sa merg in ultima zi. Obiective: 18-55, 50fix si 70-200-le, care imi rupe spatele:)
Well… eu am avut doar un 18-70 si-un 50 fix si n-am reusit să-i surprind fata lui Columb cum ai reusit tu. 😛
Bafta, si-o sa-ti placa-n Tarragona…
