Stress or relaxation?

How do you get over important life issues: personal or professional?

Do you choose to take every detail seriously? To plan everything head-to-tail and carefully calculate every step you have to take? Or do you better try to relax, to look at the whole situation and to visualise the result as if you were 2 steps away from it?

Personally, I think the ideal solution would be somewhere in the middle: to look at the problem as a whole, to visualise the result but at the same time to make a rigorous plan. Everything with a general relaxation and a clear mind.

Is it possible?
